Cat Hero Spacecraft Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information the game Cat Hero Spacecraft ("the game"), made by LingTing Studio ("we"), uses and why.
Information we collect
We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number or location, and we do not run our own servers that receive information about you.
Game progress on your device
The game stores your progress and settings on your device, for example gems, wrenches, bombs, medals, owned spaceships and skins, upgrades and purchases.
Cloud save
To keep your progress and purchases when you reinstall the game or change device, the game saves a copy of that progress data:
- on Android, in your Google Play Games account using Google Play Games Services (Saved Games). Signing in to Play Games is handled by Google under the Google Privacy Policy;
- on iOS, in your iCloud account using iCloud key-value storage, handled by Apple under the Apple Privacy Policy.
The saved copy contains only game progress. We cannot see your Google or Apple account details.
In-app purchases
Purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We never receive your payment card or billing details. The game receives a purchase receipt to deliver the item and to restore it later.
Advertising
The game shows ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers (such as the advertising ID), approximate location from the IP address and ad interaction data to show and measure ads. See how Google uses information from apps that use its services. You can reset or limit the advertising ID in your device settings. Buying "No Ads" removes the full-screen ads; optional reward videos you choose to watch stay available.
Analytics and install measurement
The game uses Google Analytics for Firebase to count installs and to measure how well our ads on Google Ads and YouTube work. When you open the game, Google Analytics automatically collects:
- an app instance ID and, where your device provides one, the advertising ID;
- device model, operating system, language, game version and approximate location (country or region, from the IP address);
- app usage events, such as the first time you open the game, sessions and in-app purchases.
It does not collect your name, email address or precise location. We do not use this data to show you personalized ads. Google processes it under the Google Privacy Policy; see also how Google uses information from apps that use its services. Event-level analytics data is kept for 2 months and user-level data for 14 months, after which only aggregated reports remain. You can reset or limit the advertising ID in your device settings.
Children
The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Deleting your data
To delete your Cat Hero Spacecraft data:
- Data on your device: uninstall the game. All progress, settings and purchase records stored on the device are deleted at once.
- Cloud save on Android: open the Google Play Games app or your Google Account, go to Play Games settings, find Cat Hero Spacecraft and choose to delete the game's data. This deletes the saved progress copy immediately.
- Cloud save on iOS: open Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Manage Account Storage, find Cat Hero Spacecraft and delete its data.
- Need help? Email phamquangninh1998@gmail.com with the subject "Cat Hero data deletion". We reply within 30 days with the steps for your device. Include your request even if you only want analytics data removed: analytics data has no name attached, so tell us your device's advertising ID if you know it. We hold no other copy of your data.
Deleting the cloud save removes gems, wrenches, bombs, medals, spaceships, skins, upgrades and the record of items bought. "No Ads" can be restored later with Restore Purchases, because Google Play and the App Store keep their own purchase history under their own retention rules. Advertising data collected by Google AdMob and analytics data collected by Google Analytics for Firebase are kept and deleted under Google's policies and the retention period above; you can reset your advertising ID in your device settings.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address with a new date.
